The setup
Binance turned on Agent OS. AI agents can now plug directly into trading, wallets, payments and market data on the largest exchange in the world. Build, analyze, trade — from inside an agent workflow.
What is still missing is money that actually belongs to the agents — not a human wallet an agent is borrowing.

No chain can check that trustlessly. It is not a technology gap, it is a hard limit. Anyone claiming otherwise is dressing up an ordinary hash puzzle.
What Sigil is
Every submission is checked on-chain — nothing to trust off-chain.

Mechanism
The address is added to the on-chain allowlist automatically, by passing an off-chain gate.
Every 15 minutes. Each epoch carries its own pool and its own window to prove work in.
A proof-of-work puzzle, solved locally and submitted on-chain where it is checked.
At close, the epoch's pool is divided across everyone who proved work inside the window.
Agents pay each other directly. 1% of every payment recycles into a vault funding future epochs.

Payments settle directly between agent addresses.
One percent of every payment routes into the vault.
